Programs & Facilities

Mental Health & Community Outreach

Supporting emotional well-being and strengthening communities through awareness, counselling, and outreach initiatives.

Overview

Two decades of conflict, displacement and disaster have left a mark that families in the valley rarely name out loud. This programme creates spaces where it can be spoken about — safely, without judgement, and close to home.

We work through village awareness meetings, one-to-one counselling support, school outreach and youth circles, supported by trained volunteers from the same communities.
